Back to daily photos

Time to get serious and back into this daily photo thang...

Videos of me in Boot Camp

I'm loving Boot Camp and I'm super proud of how strong I feel and how much more I can do with each class I attend. All this week I did work with a 20 pound Kettlebell and I love it!
David has been taking videos of the class. Here are the ones I'm in. Can't miss me...I'm the only fat chick...

Swimming Lessons

First off let me tell you that I HATE my scale and I'm going to throw it out the window.
The weight is never the same twice even when I step off and then right back on.
On Monday David is going to bring a scale to boot camp with him so I'll start with his scale and count whatever it reads as my true weight. Even if I hate what it's telling me.
We will weigh ourselves every Monday and keep the results as our own to track on our own.

Tomorrow my boys start swimming lessons. This means I have to put on a bathing suit. I thought it would be a good place and a good time to take a photo of myself in a suit and I'll do it each week and hopefully we will be able to see a change in my body over the next 9 weeks!

Frustrated

I got a new scale and according to it though I've been working out at least three days a week (usually 4!) I haven't lost a single pound. In fact I've GAINED weight.
Is it fat? Is it muscle? I've heard muscle weighs more than fat so is that what's going on here?
I have an appointment to see my Dr. next month so hopefully I can discuss it with him.
I'd also like to get myself back on Ritalin. Both for my scattered thoughts and for the appetite suppressant side effect.
The good news is I got a bike and as soon as the weather cracks 40 degrees I'm going to take her out for a spin. It's my hope that I can ride every day at least 4 miles and see if that combined with the boot camp and the Ritalin I can get this weight moving off my body again!
