A new year a clean slate and a realistic goal weight. It is my goal to lose 2 pounds a week. More is great but no less than 2 pounds per week. At my current weight of 182 by January 12th of 2010 I should be at my goal weight of 110 pounds. My goal weight of 100 I've discovered is not proper for my body frame. A healthy weight for a medium size frame with a hight of 4'11" is between 113-123. I'm aiming for a little less than that because I'm really not sure what my frame is anymore. So with a goal weight of 110 pounds I have 72 pounds to lose. If I lose 2 pounds a week I should hit my goal weight in 36 weeks around September.
We were in Disney World for the past week hence the lack of daily photos here.
We are home again and the daily photos will begin again.
Upon our arrival home I found a new scale and tape measure waiting for me.
I will weigh every day and post the weight but will only take measurements once a month.

Thigh Circumference: 26"
Mid Calf Circumference: 15"
Lower Arm (Between elbow and wrist) Circumference: 9"
Upper Arm Circumference: 13"
