So check it out, I've eliminated sweet treats from my diet. No sugary snacks, no candy, cake or cookies, no doughnuts or cupcakes. I'm not monitoring everything I eat for sugar but I'm staying away from the obvious sugar treats and in a week I've lost TWO INCHES off my waist...I'm now a 38 inch waist...That feels so good!
